| WEARSOX® WORKS WITH 3RD PARTY CENTRALIZERS |
| |
WearSox® teams up with third party centralizers.
Davis-Lynch CentraLaser™ with WearSox® Spray - Metal Stop
The Davis Lynch arrangement with WearSox® overcomes the issues of handling stabilizer or centralizer subs and the introduction of further potential failure points (connections) in the casing string.
Furthermore the CentraLasers™ themselves are also given a thin coating of WearSox® spray metal to reduce the bow-spring starting force, reduce running friction and increase the wear-ability of the bow-springs themselves.

a. 13-625 CT StopSox: “13-5/8 in. Close Tolerance bowspring centralizers with external spray metal stops” |
| |

b. 7-75 Centralaser: “7-3/4 in. Centralaser with external spray metal stops”
|
| |

c. Internal Stop: “Where annular tolerances allow, spray metal stops can be built inside the bowsprings which then pull the centralizers into the hole and allow casing rotation”
|
| |

d. Solid Bodies SSX: “Where the hole is not under-reamed below the last casing shoe, a very robust solution is to use solid body centralizers with a spray metal stop collar above and below. With the gentle taper to either side of the stops this is an ideal application when passing through windows and where casing rotation is also required” |
